What are the best aspects of this product?

The best part is the flexibility. You can set up tasks and workflows to fit the team’s needs, which is super convenient. I really liked how easy it is to work with Agile—setting up sprints and customizing boards is simple. Plus, the search and filters are lifesavers; it’s quick to find specific tasks without getting lost in the project.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

One downside is that setting up YouTrack can feel complicated at first, especially for beginners.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

It would be great if the interface were even more intuitive for beginners.
