What are the best aspects of this product?

YouTrack is great issue tracker solution that allows you to better manage your team, issues, projects and development processes from the very beginning till the end of the process. The good thing is that you can host it by yourself or yoiu can rely on well made integration with other Jetbrains products like TeamCity. Setting up the product is easy with great documentation.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don’t like its user interface because I cannot easily find how to do some task easily or I cannot remove a user from a project.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We were searching for good issue tracker that would help us to be more efficient. This is great way to solve all our communication and management issues around organization.
