What are the best aspects of this product?
I like support for wide range of processes and I like that it allows me to customize fields and workflows. Also, it has great support like board, backlog, reports and burndown charts. You can search issues and all you have to do is to enter various queries and it shows you the unresolved issues.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It is much better solution than JIRA. I haven’t run into something that I might dislike.

We cannot imagine our workday without YouTrack, because it helps us to track any kind of issues.
