What are the best aspects of this product?

YouTrack has great set of features available. It allows you to link issues together which is great for creating multitude of issues under one issue. I like that when I’m creating new issue this tool highlights and searches for keywords so I can easily find related issues, and this is great thing for large companies for tracking duplicate tickets.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Oh that interface. It needs some improvements because it feels little cumbersome.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Benefits we experienced from YouTracker are: organized and well managed projects, assigning tasks and it helps us to resolve and track issues within a team. I can say that the time management is very beneficial for our organization because it helps us to keep track of users and their performances.
