What aspects are problematic or could work better?
As much as possible, we would like to respond to calls based on whoever calls first. The problem with this is that Ytel isn’t very reliable in ordering pending calls. This means that we often leave clients waiting too long for a response from us.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Ytel helps us respond to our customers at a more efficient and swift pace. Despite the queuing mix-ups every now and then, this is still a very reliable system for communicating with our clients.
