What are the best aspects of this product?
Through Ytel, we’ve managed to streamline our communications process. It is a great platform through which we can contact our clients on their phones.

I want to be able to record calls for auditing purposes—but Ytel makes this feat difficult.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
This is one of the first tools that I reach for when I clock in at work—and it is one of the last tools that I turn off before I go home. Our team would be crippled without Ytel.
