What are the best aspects of this product?

ZAP is very easy to use. While you would need some database knowledge to fully leverage the system, the drag and drop interface is slick and I get to provides answers to the business significantly faster than before. The services team is top notch, and working with them is always enlightening.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The depth of the software is immense. There are some aspects of the software that is really tough to figure out on your own. Learning the software can be a challenge though the learning curve can be quick.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It lets me quickly modify our data warehouse to incorporate new elements, and help the decision makers in my business make wiser choices. My executive team trusts it completely now. So we no longer rely on Excel reports as the data warehouse through ZAP is solid, clear, and a trusted resource.
