A learning curve that can save you lots of time!

What are the best aspects of this product?

What's best with ZAP BI is the amount of time it saves in task completion. We were able to significantly minimize our time on financial statements from 4 hours to a measly 5 minutes via ZAP BI. The ZAP staff is really great and are always there for assistnace. ZAP is highly recommended for anyone.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I'll need to go back to memory lane in this case, but I feel you can't add footers in reports. The report pack feature is basic at best. It was mentiond that we'd have the ability create our monthly financial statements within the software. But we ended up e-mailing reports to our e-mails and making via Adobe. Their cell calculations need to be improved.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We were able to get rid of certain statements that were made manually through Excel. In the end, we shaved off a lot of time. That's a good thing for us.
