What are the best aspects of this product?
ZAP's Cube Xpress and Modeler are intuitive ETL systems that provide enough flexibility to assist with our integration efforts for the companies we acquire. The Help function is a great tool for both new and advanced users. Technical support has also been a great help in our success using the product.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There is no good way for consumers/designers to share resources with other users, which is a burden. Also, the error messages users receive when building reports could have been made much clearer/easier to understand. While the personal training sessions are great, as a large company we cannot afford to send everybody to the ZAP classes. Lastly, administrators should have greater control on consumer and designer interactions.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We were able to integrate all of the crucial data sets together and begin producing dynamic reports that automatically update each day. We're now able to begin answering complex questions easily. Program teams have access to data previously only available to the finance department, and vice versa.
