What are the best aspects of this product?
Like any good product, there is a basic learning curve. But once you are past that, ZAP is intuitive and powerful. Support is always readily available if needed. The product works extremely well and is heavily used in our business.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I would say the lack of a strong user community where beginning to power users can ask each other how to work through a problem. Support is always willing to help, but a strong community where users can talk to people just like them would be very helpful. As of now the ZAP end users using it are limited.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Having the right information at the right time to make better decisions is why we purchased ZAP in the first place. In the process, it has helped us discover that we didn't need to rehire for some positions, as existing people could take on the additional work load. Much less time is now being spent pulling information together, which is beneficial to us.
