What are the best aspects of this product?

ZAP is a product that worked reall well. As of now, we're smack in the middle of the Go Live implentation process. We're already deploying ZAP for production reporting, financial, and sales analysis. We used to operates as a non-SQL vendor and the partnership made with ZAP allowed us to overcome that during the Go Live process. ZAP is already an awesome product, and their people are even more tremendous in so many ways.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The only gripe I have is actually myself. I rarely have the time to fiddle with the product on my own. So far, that's the only negative thing that I can come up with.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It would've been a monster if native reporting was included for Go Live based on the resources available. ZAP helped us to roll out F/S in a cost effective manner on the first day. The "dashboards" is a word frequently made on the C-level to carry our useful data. We're setting up stock dashboards index including some customized keyboards. These are related to our business methods made to present to the C-level and line managers.
