What are the best aspects of this product?
Ease of use. You'll need a bit of database know-how to leverage the system completely. The drag-and-drop UI is nice and lets me answer to the business a lot quicker comapred to before. Customer support is excellent and I've yet to be disappointed. I never miss out in any of their tricks and tips since they gave me ta chance to influence future releases in a major way.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Basic functionality has a swift learning curve. Software depth is huge by any scale. You'll soon realize there's a lot to learn. The last few percentage of knowledge can be nailbiter to figure out by yourself.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We function similar to that of a startup: we constantly run into inquiries and new problems. ZAP gave me the chance to make data warehouse modifications to add in elements. It help decision makers opt for better options. Now, Excel reports are not part of our usual analysis like it used to be since numerical modifications are easier. Data warehouse is robust and well-trusted.
