What are the best aspects of this product?

It's able to bridge gaps between app integrations that may be present otherwise. We've used Zapier to in streamlining our processes before and will do so again sometime in the future.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

At times, their latest product support lags (which is pain but understandable). If the integration you were hoping for doesn't get voted or requested, the chances of making it out is little to none.

It's able to minimize the gap between software aspects and streamlining operations that may not be available in terms of time and pricing.
