What are the best aspects of this product?

We've been utilizing Zapier in a wide range of recipes and other methods that we're beginning to think it'll replace larger workflows. It's a worthy all-around product!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Zapier gave us way more benefits than we initially realized. With so many good things coming from it, there's really nothing I hate about it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We're now capable of linking numerous platforms and apps to help our business benefit. Anything from line logs and distilling to certain information bits with e-mail alerts to auto-row is included in spreadsheets automatically. Keep in mind, this is just the tip of the iceberg.
