An excellent tool for automation.

What are the best aspects of this product?

There are so many apps to choose. If you have no idea what you need, you can create customized webhooks to integrate with your app. Reliability has been great with Zapier. Have your zap set up and you're done. If the zap fails to work for some reason, you'll receive an e-mail notification informing you what the issue is.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They seem to lack management for users/teams. It'd be great to have the ability to share some zaps to certain users while keeping others private.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We needed to make autoamtions with several things without hassles. For instance, saving Tweets within Evernote, sending e-mails when a note is added within a specific part of Evernote, making Trello cards, and a host of other things.
