What are the best aspects of this product?

Its range of apps is wonderful. The UI is a combinatin of simplicity and power --- rare for a platform in its class. Zapier lets you utilize apps for every process, instead of settling for an all-in-one solution. Almost verything can be linked together.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

While this isn't considered a flaw for Zapier, there are still a ton of apps with littled integration to the platform. Even if your app is listed, you'll need to see if integration with Zapier can support the things you want to accomplish. Keep in mind that this isn't usually a two-way sync. Rather, it's a movement of data from one app to another.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Zapier is a decent app that connects to almost anything out there. But its strength is its ability to link a suite of sales and automated marketing tools.
