PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

It automates the silly time-consuming stuff you manually do or even stopped doing... but the most interesting is it talks with hundreds of apps and interconnects them, watching for events you define to trigger actions in others. Something you can definitely not do even by spending you days trying to catch up.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Getting a representative sample of data can be tricky or require to wait for that specific event for a while :)

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Sharing of zaps across teams and collective management of folders would be useful... but to be honest you can already do much more than you need.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

As a SaaS application provider we have so many background apps to interconnect and business flows that depend on them. Those flows start when specific events happen in selected apps like
- a payment that fails in Stripe which you need to find more about in your Pipedrive CRM and then let the team know about by posting an activity in Azendoo,
- a new lead in Intercom which you can get the quality score to notify the team only if it's a high profile,
- a new user being added that you want to keep in a Google Spreadsheet until the end of the month and then post a digest with a link to the Sheet to process them, etc.

Those apps need to talk each other to search and enrich data before it can be used for a defined action or series of actions.
