What are the best aspects of this product?

Its huge list of app/platform intergratoions has made task management a lot easier. You can use Zapier for automating enterprise-based technology systems and personal productivity.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Zapier has everything that I need but there's one thing I find a bit ironic. If you happen to be on a low-end plan, run time for each task can several minutes. This isn't exactly what I call "real-time" in my book.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I've been using it to deal with personal tasks by means of G-mail-to-Trello-board integration. This ensre my inbox remains zero daily. In the enterprise level, I can utilize it for automating a number of things including social media followers, likes, responses and etc...
