What are the best aspects of this product?

They're constantly branching our services and apps to connect with. They do a tremendous job keeping up with the latest in corporate environments regardless of scale.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Their free version is only restricted for power users. Certain "zaps" absolutely has zero sense. You'll need to spend a bulk of time finding the proper way in doing it. That's hardly something that combines "fun" and "work" together.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Having interconnectivity with Facebook or other apps can be problematic at times. But with Zapier's tools and templates, things are easy and straightforward. We realized when people are checking publications, we're able to make better decisions.
