What are the best aspects of this product?

Zapier has made it easy to play around with applications in moving data from one system to another. We shaved off a significant amount of time linking and syncing data in between systems and letting us utilize in-class apps without sacrificing performance.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There's nothing really bad to say with Zapier. Its zaps has made things all the more easier thereby restricting costs to bigger upgrades from the basic package.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It was able to link to varying systems for data coordination, mainly: Webinarninja, Salesforce, Google Sheets, and Mail Chimp. Coordining master customer data in between systems is seamless and ensures customer records are synced with minimal effort.
