What are the best aspects of this product?

I'm able to handle varying e-mails, multiple platforms, drop boxes, and Google Drive accounts at work. Zapier integrates them together without missing a beat!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

In my personal opinion, Zapier has everything I need. They're frequently updating their software integrations. If there's something that has yet to receive support, I just e-mail them.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I've saved a good full hour daily from Zapier. I was able to effectively link our supply chain in one input for everyone to be peeled on what's currently going on.
