A really easy tool to learn.

What are the best aspects of this product?

You’d be hard-pressed to lose your way around this app. Everything is just within reach and the dashboard is straightforward. Both my workers and my clients find this app really easy to use.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

You can learn your ins and outs around Zen Planner quite easily. I have nothing bad to comment on this tool.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Zen Planner has allowed me to establish better relationships with my clients. Processing of payments has been a lot easier since I’ve implemented this into my work system too.
