What Problems Will Zen Planner Solve?

Problem #1:  Lots of time spent in manual lead management

When Bob opened his gym, getting members was his top priority. He had a list of leads, but to bring people in, he needed to contact and nurture them. Bob didn’t have member management software, so he did everything manually. He kept lists, sent emails and made calls. This process took a lot of time and wasn’t easy to keep organized. PROS: The massive data storage! ZenPlanner lets us record everything and generate reports on it. If we can't, we can easily extract the data to a worksheet and simply create a more thorough repot. The automation and templates for email communication provides us with excellent flexibility. All in all, it has a wide set of functionalities and tools we need and use.

CONS: ZenPlanner has everything we need but it could use some improvements and add more features.

PROS: ZenPlanner has one of the most helpful and very polite customer service among all the software and systems I have used for my business. Since switching to ZenPlanner, running my business has been smooth and everything is well organized. I am not yet quite familiar with the system as a whole, but I am confident that theyr customer support will guide me all the way.

CONS: There is nothing I don't like about ZenPlanner. I do like to suggest an improvement though. I wish the re-occurring clients feature functions more consistently.

PROS: Whenever I experience any issue with ZenPlanner, their customer support team take care of them within an hour or faster. They are knowledgeable, polite, and you can really sense their concern for their customers. Only a few products can say the same about their customer service.

CONS: The calendar functionality needs improving. Some features like recoccurring events for staff is also welcome.

PROS: It is a robust club management software that is so friendly to its users. It is very intuitive. I have no problems especially with the onboarding sessions. Even the customer support is top class. The interface is neat and everything is organized and works seamlessly.

PROS: ZenPlanner is very user-friendly and tying it up to our CRM to help us with payments and attendance wasn't a hard process. I also love the fact that they listen to our suggestions and feedback and make improvements on the software based on our coments. Customer service is also prompt in providing us with useful responses and solutions.

CONS: There are certain areas where the processes are duplicative. Still, they really aim to please and make improvments to address these issues.

PROS: First, their monthly subscription options are excellent for businesses like ours that want a product that suits our needs as well as our budget. Configuring the API was also easy. But what takes the cake is their customer support. Whenever there is an issue, and they are far and few in between, their customer service provides high quality support. They are prompt, courteous, and know their stuff well.

CONS: I wish they could make the studio app available for instructors.
