What are the best aspects of this product?
ZenPlanner is very user-friendly and tying it up to our CRM to help us with payments and attendance wasn't a hard process. I also love the fact that they listen to our suggestions and feedback and make improvements on the software based on our coments. Customer service is also prompt in providing us with useful responses and solutions.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There are certain areas where the processes are duplicative. Still, they really aim to please and make improvments to address these issues.
