What are the best aspects of this product?
ZenPlanner is our business management software for our fitness and health club since 2010 and it has been an amazing ride so far. The tech support is great and they continue to improve their product with additional features based on our requests.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There is nothing that I don't like about ZenPlanner. I would like to suggest a photo upload functionality for our members though.

ZenPlanner makes running our business smooth and easy, from billing, member tracking, and retention.
