What are the best aspects of this product?
The massive data storage! ZenPlanner lets us record everything and generate reports on it. If we can't, we can easily extract the data to a worksheet and simply create a more thorough repot. The automation and templates for email communication provides us with excellent flexibility. All in all, it has a wide set of functionalities and tools we need and use.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
ZenPlanner has everything we need but it could use some improvements and add more features.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
The software allows us to be very flexible compared to our previous software. It is like we have to different systems consolidated into one.
