What are the best aspects of this product?
ZenPlanner has one of the most helpful and very polite customer service among all the software and systems I have used for my business. Since switching to ZenPlanner, running my business has been smooth and everything is well organized. I am not yet quite familiar with the system as a whole, but I am confident that theyr customer support will guide me all the way.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There is nothing I don't like about ZenPlanner. I do like to suggest an improvement though. I wish the re-occurring clients feature functions more consistently.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
ZenPlanner helps me address my scheduling and payment concerns. I really love their autopay feature, which allows me to get paid with most of my clients.
