What are the best aspects of this product?

I like its easy login feature, most of all. Other than this, Zen Planner is pretty easy to understand. When it comes to managing members of our gym, particularly in the processing of fees, Zen Planner has made everything so much more convenient.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are times when the app would take too long to open.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We have been able to make sure that our clients get the best gym experience. Little things such as checking in on them and always knowing the program that they are currently enrolled in all add up to good customer service.
