What are the best aspects of this product?

Their user interface is friendlier compared to other business management solutions. Dashboard is customizable, enabling me to tailor it according to my preferences and liking. ZenPlanner makes it easy for me to handle tasks that are related to my students. I even have a birthday alert set up.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I hope they work on an Android app.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I can send tons of emails via ZenPlanner. I don't have to exit the system and go to Gmail or Outlook.
