What are the best aspects of this product?
First, their monthly subscription options are excellent for businesses like ours that want a product that suits our needs as well as our budget. Configuring the API was also easy. But what takes the cake is their customer support. Whenever there is an issue, and they are far and few in between, their customer service provides high quality support. They are prompt, courteous, and know their stuff well.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I wish they could make the studio app available for instructors.

We had a huge bleeding problem with a previous software and their customer support was in adequate. ZenPlanner changes the equation by simplifying and streamlining our process and providing us with actual customer support when we need it.
