What are the best aspects of this product?
Whenever I experience any issue with ZenPlanner, their customer support team take care of them within an hour or faster. They are knowledgeable, polite, and you can really sense their concern for their customers. Only a few products can say the same about their customer service.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The calendar functionality needs improving. Some features like recoccurring events for staff is also welcome.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We are able to keep track of our clients and the programs they are enrolled in. The payroll feature makes payment collection easy as well.
