PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Probably one of the best CRM programs in the market! This has kept our reps organized and be more accountable to their tasks. It's easy to track previous interactions with clients too.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The program intermittently loses control over whether or not our emails get linked to deals and clients. These are just rare glitches, but I do wish we can completely do away with these.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It allows us to save all of our data in one location. All of my ongoing tasks, upcoming appointments, my interactions--it's all saved here.
