What are the best aspects of this product?
One of the best features that Zendesk offers is its VoIP capabilities. This lets me save every message without having to bring in an external program. Zendesk has been useful to me since day 1. It adds gamification features that keep our sales team motivated to hit our quota, for example. We can oversee just about all the important details and deals in the dashboard thanks to its panoramic view.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Sure, some areas might still need improvement. One thing that immediately comes to mind is the lack of extension number in the details. I mean, this is something that we can easily search up or save it in our notes, but it would be nice if we didn't have to take the extra steps in doing so. It's been a while since the developers introduced major changes too. It would be nice to see an upgrade every once in a while.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Ever since we started using Zendesk, we've managed to remove data duplicates from our system. Entering deals and applying them have been a lot easier now too. I used to go through so many hoops to apply and process them, but now I just need to enter the data once. Zendesk has vastly improved our processes--they're much more efficient and quicker now.
