What are the best aspects of this product?
Zendesk Sell provides a smooth channel of communication between multiple accounts. The programming itself is very intuitive as well. I can easily mark sections in my database and leave notes in the dashboard, a benefit that I never got to enjoy before using this program. Lastly, I've never missed any of my scheduled appointments thanks to Zendesk Sell.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I really need the reports from Zendesk Sell to be beefed up. Right now, it doesn't give away information about our lead sources, nor does it let users know about their tasks. I would at least prefer it if the reports had enough information that I can just easily tweak them. Searching for a user in the database takes a while too.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
This is the perfect tool for documentation because it keeps a detailed history of our interactions with our customers. It keeps our lead and customer database organized too, and we can add and delete as we see fit. We can also use it to roll out discounts through it, arrange meetings, and send emails. Tracking the performance of our sales team have been a breeze as well.
