What are the best aspects of this product?
Out of all the CRM programs that I've used, this is easily my favorite one. It's so flexible and intuitive. Plus, I've been able to link it to my Gmail account so that I can receive notifications and updates regarding incoming communications from my clients. I recommend this to all business owners out there.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Zendesk has plenty of features in its toolbox, and I don't always use all of it. So far, the tools that I do use work perfectly fine to me so I guess I have nothing to complain about.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I use this to get an overview of my pipeline and track all of my communication histories with clients. It helps with my email marketing strategy as well.
