What are the best aspects of this product?
I love how Zendesk manages to keep a record of all our previous communications with clients and leads. This way, we can follow through with tasks that we may otherwise forget about. It consolidates all information (including our notes) in one reference file too. We decided to jump from our clunky old CRM tool to Zendesk and I'm glad that our company made that call.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I do like how Zendesk removes duplicates and simply merges information into one file. However, this merging is done quite haphazardly that it just ends up confusing us. Its IOS view isn't impressive as well. One suggestion that I have is that appointments should be color-coded so we're better guided on specific dates and the urgency of each.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We use Zendesk to consolidate all of our customer data in one place. We no longer need to toggle to and from multiple file systems. I know that it has invoicing capabilities too, and that's something that we're looking forward to exploring in the future.
