What are the best aspects of this product?
I'm quite impressed with this sales tool. It's easy to use and can be configured in any way we like. It keeps a reliable record of all our communication with our clients too.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It would be great if more products, such as social networks and other programs, can be added to its list of integrations. It would also help if users can customize their profiles--add profile pictures and such.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I use this not just to manage my clientele database, but to manage the database of my clients too. It has helped track the activities, deals, and potential of each sales rep and each client too. This has doubled our efficiency and organization within our team.
