What are the best aspects of this product?
Zendesk takes on the task of simplifying our contacts list, making it easy for us to get back to our leads and customers right away. It gives me a pretty accurate history of the previous interactions that the caller has had with the company before. This way, I can easily jump in and build from the previous conversation instead of having to go back to square 1.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Nothing immediately comes to mind. Zendesk has been really helpful and has given us plenty of freedom to explore and do our jobs the way we want to.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Zendesk has helped me zone in on my day-to-day tasks as well as achieve my sales quota every month. It reminds me to follow-up on hot leads and lets me know of my progress. I get cold calls from companies asking me about their subscription to my products and I can easily pull up their data when needed.
