What are the best aspects of this product?
Lead information can be easily dug up, even those who haven't been active in a year. Not to mention, Zendesk stores an impressive timeline overview for each contact so we can easily review it and connect with our leads based on our latest conversations. It also lets me know whether or not I'm successful with a lead so I can double my efforts to close the sale.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Zendesk has given us the perfect level of flexibility and support. There is nothing negative that I can say about it.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Not only have my sales skyrocketed ever since implementing Zendesk into the system, but it also assists me in completing ad-hoc tasks as well. It keeps me on top of my daily tasks as well as map out a sales goal for me. One time, a company called for my services, and Zendesk has been truly instrumental in the completion of my project with them.
