I love how Zendesk scales with its users. It's almost as if it has been modularly designed so that it grows with our business.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Zendesk hooks us up with all the tools that we need to consistently hit our sales goals. I have nothing but positive words for it.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We're currently working on a project that can serve as an extension for our business. Zendesk is in charge of encouraging transparency among our sales team by providing an overview of all our client interactions. This allows us to communicate better with our clients so we can meet them where it makes sense to them. We can also give them the option to connect with us through any channel of their choice.
