What are the best aspects of this product?

One of the things that I love about Zendesk Sell is that it's easy to save and store customer and lead information to its database. Adding new offers, setting reminders and appointments, firing off email communications, and reviewing sales performance--these are just some of the things that we can do with Zendesk. Thanks to it, hand-off of tasks and clients are easy to do.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I do wish that they would add another level of security and verification process whenever contact details and notes get updated.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Through Zendesk, we've managed to improve our sales performance and increase our revenue slowly and methodically. It helps us pinpoint areas that need improvement and areas that we thrive in. It is also a great platform for keeping stock of all of my activities and it makes it easy for me to retrieve client notes as needed. Its built-in telephone system automatically records conversations without me having to undergo so many steps.
