What are the best aspects of this product?
This is probably the most useful program in my career in sales right now. See, I manage three different sales accounts, and it gets hard for me to draw a clear line for each. Zendesk manages to categorize each of these accounts and keeps them all in a neat order so that I don't have to waste further brain cells in doing so. Now, I can just worry about building relationships with my clients. Without it, I probably won't be as efficient and successful as I am now.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Sometimes, I accidentally complete items on my tasks list. I wish that Zendesk would add a verification step before it erases these tasks. A task map would be helpful too. This way, I can organize my to-dos in a way that makes sense to me.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I'm not going to lie: I'd be a mess without Zendesk. It takes notes for me, reminds me of my tasks, and lets me do my job properly as a salesperson.
