What are the best aspects of this product?
I really like the design of the UI. The data base of protocols and the ability to reduce follow up with HR, and we can easily manage our own benefits. It has great features and even reminders and prompts for renewals and administrator tasks. Also, I like the PTO plug in.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The customer support has poor quality, they cannot always solve some issue, they leave things open ended.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Benefits Management and PTO. We are able to keep track of everyone’s benefits, volunteer days into PTO systems, gym membership, tuition reimbursement management and so on.
