What are the best aspects of this product?
Zenefits does an incredible job connecting two essential HR features for small businesses: basic paperwork and benefits. Aside from making administration a lot easier, the info offered is done in a nice format. Being an employee, I'm able to go through this app and swiftly make allowances changes on my tax form or look into my W-4 without reaching HR.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Zenefits could use some additional features such as integration of the recruitment process and addressing complaints/concerns from employees. This would make Zenefits an all-around HR admin platform.

This platform has made HR administration several times more efficient. That means the team can focus on enhancing experiences with employees and resolve other issues. It's also an excellent storage area for employee data without depending on external storage sources.
