Simply worth it for benefits!

What are the best aspects of this product?

I've been using Zenefits to gain entry to my own benefits info as well as time-off requests. Their UI is the best and unlike anything else I've seen. With it being streamlined, enrollment is a cinch and implementation of changes are up-to-the-minute.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I've been hearing a lot from my accounting department of Zenefits being difficult to deal with Paychex. Rest assured, it has no direct influence on me or whatsoever.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Everyone hates enrolling in benefits. When starting a new job, it's a daunting task filling things out. But when it came to Zenefits, enrollment was a breeze. I always have the convenience to go back at any point in time to look into my info.
