What are the best aspects of this product?

Before zenloop we had answer rates below 10%, with zenloop and the NPS method we increased these answer rates to around 30%. This drastically helps us to gain valuable insights and enables us to act on these.

In generell we are really pleased with the product but there could be more integrations released
