What are the best aspects of this product?

I’m not exactly new to solutions like Zenoti, but this app does bring something else to the table. Other than this, I’m also impressed with the level of attentiveness that their support staff has. As is natural in most software/solutions, we did hit walls in the duration of our Zenoti usage. In all this, their team was always available to assist us—and they responded at an impressive speed too.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I’m more than convinced that Zenoti wasn’t developed with the US market in mind. I find the flow of the interface a little confusing. But once you power through the first few days/hours, it will all start to make sense.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We needed a tool that would help us track all dealings related to salon management—from bookings, to payroll, to inventory. Zenoti has proven to be the perfect tool for this. It is continuously evolving and upgrading too.
