I love how I can always get a hold of someone from their CS team whenever the need arises. They are very reliable.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Although easily contacted, the support team isn’t always very helpful. They often redirect us to another team for support.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Searching through our database in Zenoti has been a walk in the park. This makes file management a lot less stressful.
