What are the best aspects of this product?

We first looked a Zenoti as we are a Canadian Franchise company and were scaling to the US. Our previous system was booker and we were looking to minimize some of the issues that we were facing with Booker. The owner D took us through a glamourous view of the system with alot of the functionality that was not in place. We were sold on stripe royalties, stripe payments for staff, and online shop etc. None of this is in place in the Canadian market and it is limited. We were promised Q1, Q2, 3 and now today I have received a note saying they are moving away from Stripe and are trying to work with a another partner but oops sorry you need to wait until Q12020.
Our platform was not set up well and you can certainly see this is a company that has ALOT to iron out. Yes they raise money but this system will cost you MUCH more than booker and mindbody in the marketplace. Reach out to me - I have loads of emails I can send you on our frustrating experience.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They need to do better all around to be honest.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I would like Zenoti to live up to the promise at our time of sale.

Nothing - I have more problems now.
