I love how accessible their support team is. I can easily reach out to them whenever I have questions. Clients can be easily checked out too.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I’m still in the process of learning the quirks of Zenoti. As such, everything right now seems intimidating for a beginner like me.

This has improved our work-process immensely. It’s now a lot easier to process payroll, book our clients, etc.
